Cancellation Policy

At Bella Donna Esthetics, I value your time and mine. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost. This fee compensates for the time reserved exclusively for you and the inability to fill that appointment slot on short notice.
